Workshops
At IBK Production, we believe in the power of sharing and learning. Over time, we’ve conducted more than 30 workshops and talks on character design, caricatures, world-building, and developing unique artistic styles, inspiring creativity in others.

Kartik
Kartik Mahajan is an award winning Young Animator, Filmmaker, Illustrator & Story Teller from Uttarakhand, India. Excelled and graduated with a Bachelors in Communication Design from the National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh in 2023.
Extensive experience in a range of fields of arts and design including 2D Animation, Stop Motion, Illustration, Concept Art, Production Management and Character Designing. Completed various unique and award-achieving projects inspired by local stories, folktales and myths from India.

We’re a collective of passionate storytellers, illustrators, and animators who believe in crafting stories with depth, emotion, and soul. While the projects are led by a tight-knit creative core, none of the magic would be possible without the amazing hands and hearts behind the scenes.
Kartik (imaginative banda)
Founder & Creative Director
The driving force behind IBK, Kartik is an award-winning filmmaker, animator, and illustrator from Uttarakhand. Known for his solo short film Phool Dei, which has travelled across 75+ global film festivals, Kartik brings stories to life with emotion, culture, and a touch of magic. He guides the studio’s vision, making sure every frame has soul.
Adithya (sky)
Lead Compositor & Technical Director
Adithya brings a sharp technical eye and deep expertise in compositing and post-production. Known for solving complex visual challenges and enhancing the emotional impact of scenes, he supervises the final look of our 2D animation work and supports technical integration across tools.
Parth (parthaa)
Design Head – Production Coordination
With roots in industrial and UX design, Parth wears many hats at IBK. From streamlining workflows to bringing structure to chaos, he’s the guy who keeps things moving while adding clean, user-focused design sensibility to everything we build.
Abhimanyu (abhi)
Sound Designer & Audio Lead
The storyteller you hear, not see. Abhimanyu crafts the soundscapes that give our visuals emotion, pace, and punch. From delicate ambience to bold audio mixes, he’s the reason our films feel alive. He collaborates closely with directors and animators to ensure audio and visuals resonate in perfect sync.
Roshan (our 3D guy)
3D Animation Lead & Technical Artist
Roshan is the engine behind our 3D and hybrid workflows. With a background in animation and motion design, he seamlessly blends form and storytelling using advanced tools. His contributions enhance visual complexity and open up new possibilities for world-building.
